Discover the benefits of eating several cups of coffee a day

An analysis of studies conducted in Sweden and the United States published website American Academy of Neurology that drinking several cups of coffee a day could reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis plaque.

In the Swedish group, people who did not drink coffee they had a greater risk of one and a half times the injury tuberous sclerosis compared with people who ate at least six cups of coffee a day.
In the US the group, was recorded a similar increase in the risk of developing this disease, but comparing it with people who ate at least four cups of coffee a day a year before the appearance of symptoms.
